The Winnipeg FIC is being closed. Flight Planning and Alerting Services in the province of Manitoba are being transferred to the Edmonton FIC. As part of this change all remaining Remote Communication Outlets (RCO) (call sign “WINNIPEG RADIO”) are being transferred to the Edmonton FIC. Pilots requiring Flight Information Services Enroute (FISE) via these RCOs should use the new call sign as follows:
