Operations

Our operations form the foundation of our Company. Through the collection and management of aeronautical information, inspection and validation of instrument flight procedures, and delivery of the air navigation service, employees in this group deliver essential services to Canadians and the international flying public.

Our Operational Support team consists of professionals in the Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) and Flight Operations groups.

Through the collection and management of aeronautical information, our AIM team builds and maintains high quality maps and charts that are used by the aviation community to support their operations. Our Flight Operations unit conducts airborne inspection and validation of all instrument flight procedures and CNS-ATM equipment used by NAV CANADA and air operators throughout Canada.

Air Traffic Service (ATS) Service Delivery includes Air Traffic Control and Flight Services. These skilled team members ensure people and goods move safely and efficiently across Canada and around the globe.
