Ms. Moreau plays a key role in aligning teams from across the business with a unifying vision for the future and fostering collaboration in the establishment of strategies supporting the execution of the Strategic Direction.
She is responsible for operational training programs across the Country and the development of a training strategy to support the Corporate Strategic Direction and future skill sets. She also leads the workforce planning strategy and the Corporate Performance and Sustainability team to measure organizational performance and develop the Corporate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy.
Ms. Moreau began her career in aviation as a Flight Dispatcher with Service aérien gouvernemental du Québec at the Quebec City airport.
In 1991, she joined Transport Canada as a Flight Service Specialist. In 1993, she continued her career as a Tower Air Traffic Controller in Baie-Comeau and then, in 1995, transferred to the Montreal Area Control Center to work as an IFR Air Traffic Controller. Following her operational positions, Ms. Moreau assumed progressively more senior positions as Operational Supervisor, Training Supervisor, Manager of Training, Shift Manager and Manager of Area Control Centre Operations before becoming General Manager, Montreal Flight Information Region, in 2016.
In 2020, Ms. Moreau transitioned to the role of Assistant Vice President, Corporate Planning & Performance, where she was responsible for Corporate Planning, Change Management, Corporate Performance, Analytics and Workforce Planning in support of NAV CANADA’s strategic direction. Ms. Moreau was promoted to VP & Chief Strategy Officer in December of 2021.
