NAV CANADA recovers its costs through customer service charges
invoiced to airlines and other aircraft operators. The Company’s customer
service charges are set out in the Customer Guide to Charges. A link to the

When introducing or revising
customer service charges, a number of service charges documents
are produced. Notices and Details documents present information
on proposed changes to NAV CANADA customer service
charges. Announcement documents set out the changes the Company has
proceeded with following consultation on proposed changes. A link to these
