COVID-19: NAV CANADA supports international air traffic in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal
In response to the COVID-19 global pandemic, the Government of Canada has directed international passenger flights to the country’s four largest airports: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal.
NAV CANADA is working closely with airports and airlines to respond to changes in air traffic demand where necessary to ensure that air traffic continues to operate safely and efficiently across the country.
Regular service levels have been maintained across the country. NAV CANADA is well equipped to safely oversee the air navigation system from coast to coast to coast.
Additional steps have been taken internally to ensure the safety of our employees in the workplace and to minimize the risk of exposure and spread of COVID-19 at our facilities across the country.
NAV CANADA is monitoring and responding to the evolving impacts of COVID-19 in real time and is continuing, as always, to keep safety as its top priority.
