Under the terms of the Civil Air Navigation Services Commercialization Act, NAV CANADA recovers the costs of providing air navigation services from airlines and other owners and operators of aircraft. The Act stipulates that charges must not be set at levels which, based on reasonable and prudent projections, would generate revenues exceeding the Company’s current and future financial requirements in relation to the provision of civil air navigation services.
