Effective ATS-Pilot Communication
A Joint Project of the Air Traffic Services-Pilot Communications Working Group
Voice communication between pilots and ATS personnel is a critical safety link in the Air Traffic Services (ATS) system. As part of the effort to increase awareness of the risks associated with non-standard communication, the working group has developed an awareness campaign called First Defence.
