Airport Movement Surface Condition Report (AMSCR)
This form replaces the form originally created by Transport Canada. Unless an urgent modification is required, the AMSCR form is updated, if needed, during the summer. The Excel spreadsheet contains the English and French versions of the form as well as the user guide in both languages.
The single-runway AMSCR form (F-ADE-118 Version 1.0) is primarily intended for aerodromes with one runway. The form can be used for aerodromes with multiple runways as long as the number of page(s) in the fax transmission is clearly indicated (examples: page 1 of 1; page 1 of 2).
