NAV CANADA expects customers, bargaining agents, suppliers, vendors, contractors and partners to respect our policies and Code of Business Conduct.
To be effective, the rules for ethical behaviour need to be backstopped by strong review and redress mechanisms.
One such mechanism is SENTINEL, the NAV CANADA whistleblowing system.
It can be used by anyone – inside or outside the Company – who suspects wrongdoing, a breach of ethical behaviour, or violation of our Code of Business Conduct. The program allows you to report your concerns confidentially or anonymously.
It is never wrong to raise a concern, as long as it is done in good faith. SENTINEL is there to ensure that employees, customers, suppliers and others have a way to report issues that cannot be addressed through other channels.
