Customer Newsletter
Taking a direct route to our customers
Welcome to Direct Route, NAV CANADAs newsletter for customers and
stakeholders. Direct Route is a tool for telling NAV CANADAs stories,
and for communicating directly with you on some of the most important issues
affecting the Air Navigation Service.
The topics will be wide ranging, customer focused and we hope of interest to
everyone in the aviation industry. We plan on regular, in-depth features on
safety issues, changes in service levels and service charges, new
infrastructure and technology projects across the country, and new initiatives
geared to making the system safer, more efficient and more cost-effective.
We hope that Direct Route will serve to inform, while also promoting an
active dialogue between NAV CANADA and its customers.
