the arrival or departure portion of flight instrument
approach procedures, standard instrument departure
procedures and noise abatement procedures. The publications
are updated every 56 days.

It contains aeronautical information related to the conduct of the arrival
or departure portions of flight instrument procedures. These procedures
are restricted due to design criteria deviations or are of a proprietary
design nature, and require prior Transport Canada approval to be flown.
This publication is updated every 56 days.
