Our selection process has four key steps:

  1. Submit your CV to jobs@navcanada.ca indicating that you are applying for a position as an Electronics Technologist. Your resume will be sent to the appropriate regional team, which they will evaluate when they require candidates.
  2. Participate in a pre-screen: At this stage, you’ll receive an invitation participate in a telephone interview and to submit a short essay.
  3. In person assessment/interview: This is where you come meet a Technical Operations manager and Human Resources professional to participate in an interview. You’ll also undertake a work sample, to showcase your technical abilities, and complete a written work personality test. Time permitting, we’ll try to give you a tour of the facility you are visiting.
  4. Reference check and offer: We’ll check your references and extend an offer as appropriate.
