Salary and Benefits
NAV CANADA’s salaries are very competitive. When you also take into account non-salary items, our total compensation package is among the top for technologists.
While you’re training to become an air navigation technology expert, NAV CANADA will provide you with a training salary that ranges from approximately $41,000 to $54,000.
Once you successfully complete your training, you move to the $64,000 to $85,000 range, with increases as you gain experience and move through classification levels.
When you take into account our current defined benefit pension plan (requiring no contributions on your part) and comprehensive health care plan (including a health spending account to top up any outstanding expenses), dental care plan and long term disability insurance plan – all premium free, and three weeks of vacation time to start, our total compensation is among the top in the industry.
