Client Computing Developer and Tester

Under the leadership of the CS-04 Team Lead, provide full level of specialization in the planning, development, implementation and testing of new systems and changes in the area of enterprise client operating systems, client computing hardware, application delivery, software packaging and distribution, operating system deployment and maintenance, image and configuration management.

Graduated from a recognised university or community college with an acceptable specialisation in computer science of information systems; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Extensive progressive experience in Information Technology (IT);
Experience providing functional and technical support for software and systems and a strong understanding of the underlying technical and business environment, processes and workflows;
Experience providing subject matter expertise and lifecycle support in client computing technology areas, specifically as related to client devices, enterprise client operating systems, application/operating system deployment and image/configuration management;
Experience in supporting shared infrastructure services, messaging, networking and security;
Experience in the design/construction and testing of client computing environment technology components;
Experience troubleshooting complex interrelated deployment/ software / application / operating system / hardware/shared services problems;
Experience developing and testing software packages;
Experience creating reports for monitoring OS and application deployment;
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
