Duties:

As a subject matter expert, plan, organize and participate in the design and implementation of national and local system changes.  Provide functional support for specific systems and a strong understanding of the underlying business environment, processes and workflows.  Advise and assist clients in support of system enhancements for applications and services. Contribute to the creation of the application lifecycle strategy and roadmap solutions.  Accountable for keeping abreast of business analysis trends, evolving business processes, and technologies specific to client groups and recommending solutions to the Manager and/ or Team Lead to continually improve functionality, reduce cost, etc

Education:

Graduated from a recognized university or college with a degree/certification in Business Administration, MBA and/or Computer Sciences/Information Systems or an acceptable combination of education, related experience and training.

Language Requirements:

Bilingual

Experience In:

  • Significant and recent experience developing business proposals, including cost-benefits/feasibility analysis, and ROI to evaluate systems design/enhancement proposals and other business initiatives.
  • Significant and recent experience conducting business process reviews, developing business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Participating in the design, integration, testing and implementation of applications.
  • Significant and recent experience developing test cases and performing all levels of testing and defect management.
  • Experience with integrated project team delivery, coordinating deliverables and contributing to strategy/planning with management.
  • Experience creating and delivering customized end-user training material both online and in classroom.
  • Significant experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Projects
