The Company has a Code of Business Conduct which applies to all employees, directors and officers. The Code is intended to help employees, directors and officers maintain the high standard of ethical behaviour expected of a company entrusted with public safety.
In addition, officers and directors of the Company must abide by a Code of Conduct & Conflict of Interest Guidelines.
The Company’s whistle-blowing system, SENTINEL has procedures for the receipt, retention and treatment of confidential, anonymous complaints regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing or pension plan matters. SENTINEL can be used by anyone inside or outside the Company who suspects wrongdoing, a breach of ethical behaviour, or a violation of our Code of Business Conduct and wants to report concerns confidentially or anonymously.
